How can we help?

For product help, generation problems, printing questions or feature feedback, email support@colorkind.app. Include your iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of what happened. Do not attach a child’s photo unless support specifically requests it and explains why it is needed.

Generation failed

Check your connection and try again. If the result arrived but is messy, shaded, too simple or unrecognizable, use the quality-retry action instead of buying another credit.

Printing problems

Confirm that your printer supports AirPrint and is on the same network as your iPhone. Choose US Letter or A4 to match the loaded paper and keep scaling set to fit the page.

Photo privacy or deletion

Visit Privacy Choices or email privacy@colorkind.app. ColorKind currently has no accounts or server-side gallery.
