Your privacy choices

ColorKind has no named accounts or public gallery. Source photos and pages derived from photos are not saved by ColorKind. Pages generated from text, idea text and first-party product telemetry are stored privately and associated with an internal pseudonymous user identifier. Reviewed, de-identified themes inspired by text prompts and text-generated pages may be used for examples, collections, books or ColorKind marketing, but never with an internal identifier or apparent personal information.

Photos and camera

You can create from text without granting photo access. Change Photos or Camera permission at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security. Revoking access prevents future selection but does not remove copies you previously saved outside ColorKind.

Generated pages

Use the delete action in ColorKind to clear the copy saved on your device. Delete exported files from Photos, Files, email or any other destination where you chose to save or share them. For a text-generated page, use the request process below to delete the private server copy.

Idea and telemetry deletion

To request deletion of stored generated pages, idea text, generation telemetry and product events, email privacy@colorkind.app. Because ColorKind does not ask for your name or email address in the app, we may need an installation-specific identifier or another reasonable verification step to locate the correct records. Purchase records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations.

Beta, waitlist and support information

To request deletion of a past beta-access request, unsubscribe from launch updates or delete an email or support message, email privacy@colorkind.app from the address involved. Include “Privacy request” in the subject and describe what you want deleted. Deleting ColorKind’s copy does not automatically delete a beta-testing record held by Apple.
